Please note that we have temporarily suspended on line booking as all patients will need to be triaged before an appointment at the surgery is offered.
Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, we are currently pausing our complaints process, in line with national guidance.
You can still raise concerns or make a complaint, but we may not be able to investigate it and respond as we normally would.
We will acknowledge your complaint, log it on our system, and check for any immediate patient safety, safeguarding or practitioner performance issues. If there are, we will take immediate action as necessary.
If your complaint is about anything else, it will remain open until further notice, unless you choose to withdraw it. When normal services are resumed, we will investigate and deal with it as soon as we can.
Please note that of 26 March, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman has stopped accepting new NHS complaints and has stopped work on open cases.
Thank you for your understanding.
Extended Opening Hours
From 11 May 2020 we will no longer be offering early morning appointments and will open at 8:00am Monday to Friday.
All extended hours appointments will be offered through the Hub.
In order to run evening and weekend GP clinics, the practices in South and East Leeds have joined together to open ‘Hubs’ that make the best use of the limited resources available for these kinds of services. By running clinics from fewer locations we are able to offer more appointments than if each practice opened in the evenings and on weekends.
Hub appointments are available:
Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8pm
Saturday 8am to 2pm
Sunday 8am to Midday
To book an appointment please contact your GP practice.
To access a routine GP appointment during the Out of Hours period, Monday to Friday, 6.30pm to 8pm, Saturdays 8am to 2pm, and Sundays 8am to midday, please call 0113 206 2049. Do not call this number outside of these hours as you will be unable to book an appointment
Our local hub is at Seacroft Hospital (outpatients building): through the main entrance to the hospital grounds, take the first right before the Pay and Display car park, and its 50 yards on the left. Please report to the main reception which is immediately on the right through the front entrance.
First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP)
Patients can now book an appointment with the FCP on a Tuesday morning.
FCP's will become the first point of contact for patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions. they provide advice and exercise programmes, and decide on the most appropriate management pathway, which may include investigations, onward referral for physiotherapy treatment or orthopaedic appointments.
For more information or to book an appointment please ask at reception
All patients registered at the practice have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care at the practice.
If you wish to know who your named GP is please contact the practice.
If you have preference as to which GP is your named GP we will make reasonable efforts to accomodate this request.
Although you have a named GP you can see any GP at the practice.
